Andy Culbreth holds a bachelor’s degree in zoology from North Carolina State University and is a graduate from the Wake Forest University, Bowman Gray School of Medicine, Physician Assistant program. He is board certified by the NCCPA and a fellow of the American Association of Physician Assistants. He has practiced in Wilmington as a PA in orthopedics since 1994.

He has a special interest in minimally invasive total hip and knee replacement as well as complex hip and knee revision procedures.

He enjoys hunting, fishing and camping and his involvement with the Boy Scouts of America. Andy and his wife, Judy, have two sons. Andy is currently the physician assistant with Jeremy T. Hines, MD.
