Workers Compensation

OrthoWilmington provides access to an entire team of specialists and services needed to treat those who are injured on the job.

Our group includes 17 board-certified and fellowship-trained specialists who understand that access, communication and consistent treatment are all important when treating an injured worker. We provide:

- On-site Accredited MRI Diagnostic Imaging Program,

- Interventional Pain Medicine Program,

- Certified Hand and Occupational Therapy Services including Functional Capacity Exams (FCE’s) and EMG & Nerve Conduction Studies.

In addition to our specialty services, our practice offers two worker compensation liaisons that work closely with our clinical care teams to coordinate timely medical diagnosis and treatment.

 

OrthoWilmington’s Workers Compensation Department has been developed over many years of working with case managers, providers, employers, patients and insurance carriers to assist all through the process of coordinating the medical care of an injured employee.  We are committed to providing a prompt, high quality response while coordinating all of the medical information and services needed during the worker’s compensation process.
