Each of our orthopedic physicians are scheduled to be in the office at certain times during the week. Our receptionists will advise you of these times and make every effort to schedule the most convenient appointment for you. *If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask you to please call us as far in advance as possible so we may use that time to see another patient in need of care. **We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergencies or hospital surgery. Medical RecordsHow do I obtain a copy of my medical record?The first step to obtaining a copy of your medical record is to fill out a written request that states that we have permission to release your medical records. After the release is received, the records are processed and forwarded to the designated party. If you would like to obtain a copy of your medical records, please contact our medical records department at 910-332-3800 ext. 2084 to help expedite your request.
